If you are interested in joining one of our training events, please reach out to our membership director to find a training event that works for you. Our Membership Director can provide information about the start time and location for the workouts listed below.
In-Season Training Events (typically March through September)
Tuesday Hills - Test your legs on the climbs of Arlington Heights. Optional coffee hangout after!
Tuesday Training Tri - Hosted in the early evening at a private lakefront property on Mystic Lake where you can swim, bike, run, and practice transitions with your gear secure.Wednesday Track - Join us at Tufts Track for dynamic warm ups and intervals training.
Friday Morning Swims at Walden Pond - Start your morning with a beautiful open water swim. Swim buoy required.Winter Training Events
MIT Pool Swims
A group of teammates gathers regularly at the MIT pool (membership required) to swim together and occasionally grabs breakfast afterwards.
Sunday Runday
Every Sunday the team gets together for a run (typically 3-6 mi.) through Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington, or nearby areas. Often the run ends at a local coffee shop for a mini-social event.
